AML/KYC Data Analyst - Assistant Manager

About the role

IQ-EQ, a global investor services group with expertise in private markets, is hiring an Assistant Manager AML/KYC Data Analyst in Luxembourg City. The role covers management reporting, data quality and governance, and oversight of AML/KYC, FATCA and CRS reporting, with a focus on automation, dashboards and risk analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated reporting solutions, dashboards and KPIs using Excel (VBA), Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Build and maintain management reporting packs, forecasts, capacity models and data visualisations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead data quality, data governance and reconciliation initiatives, fixing reporting gaps so information is accurate, reliable and auditable.
• Provide Luxembourg-wide oversight of AML/KYC, FATCA and CRS reporting, delivering consolidated management information, regulatory reporting support and risk analytics to local management and Conducting Officers.
• Drive process improvement, automation and AI initiatives, turning business requirements into scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in management reporting, data analytics, business intelligence or financial services.
• Proven experience in dashboard development, reporting automation, process improvement and operational transformation.
• Fluent English; French is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Strong technical skills in Excel (including VBA), Power BI, Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
