Financial Analysis Lead (Pricing Team, Europe)

About the role

Riverty, a fintech company within the Bertelsmann group, is looking for a Financial Analysis Lead (m/f/d) to manage its pricing team across Europe. Based in Luxembourg at the RTL Group office in Kirchberg, the role works closely with Commercial, Product, Finance and Risk colleagues to design pricing that supports merchants while meeting risk objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the pricing framework across products, markets, merchants and customer segments.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Finance and Risk to design pricing proposals that balance growth, profitability and risk.
• Run quantitative pricing impact assessments and turn complex financial data into actionable strategies.
• Monitor pricing performance against macroeconomic indicators and portfolio risk, adjusting the pricing architecture quickly.
• Set up pricing governance, decision rights and reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop the pricing team.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, credit strategy, product management or senior programme management.
• Fluent English; German is an asset.
• Willingness to travel regularly abroad.

Required skills

• Building financial models, evaluating scenarios and turning analysis into commercial recommendations.
• Knowledge of national and European institutional and regulatory context.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and leadership experience.
