Strategic Advisor – Fund Digitalisation

About the role

You will join a leading Luxembourg investment‑funds player as a senior advisor shaping the digital transformation of the sector. The role combines regulatory expertise, stakeholder coordination and strategic communication on emerging topics such as fintech, tokenisation, blockchain, AI and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital‑focused working groups and coordinate key internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse EU regulations (MiCA, DORA, AI Act) and draft position papers on blockchain, tokenisation and related fintech developments.
• Represent the firm in committees, public consultations and industry conferences.
• Provide thought‑leadership to influence the future of digitalisation in the fund industry.

Required profile

• Senior professional with 5+ years of experience in funds, regulation, digital finance, legal or compliance.
• Degree in finance, economics, law or an equivalent field.
• Strong ability to translate complex regulatory matters into clear, actionable positions.
• Excellent written English and proven credibility with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of MiCA, DORA and the AI Act.
• Expertise in fintech, blockchain and tokenisation.
