Private Assets Distribution & Client Support (12 months)

About the role

Amundi, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole and one of the top European asset managers, is hiring a VIE within its Luxembourg Business and Products Division. The role contributes to the cross-border commercial development of Private Assets investment solutions, supporting the onboarding of clients into this asset class. It is a 12-month fixed-term position starting on 4 January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• In coordination with Sales, the client service officer and internal departments (legal, compliance, middle office, etc.), support the setup of contracts for distributors acting as fund sellers, users or both, and monitor requests to amend or create new contracts.
• Ensure contractual obligations, especially remuneration and client reporting, comply with internal procedures and product regulatory requirements.
• Respond to requests from internal stakeholders such as Sales and Product Specialists, and from external clients such as distributors.
• Support the handling and follow-up of client requests with the client service officer and local teams.
• Contribute to periodic reporting, presentations and ad hoc deliverables, notably for client onboarding in this new asset class.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and internal initiatives, and assist with meeting preparation, agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Support the standardization and improvement of business support processes, ensuring consistency with internal governance, procedures and Group standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/L3) in Finance, Economics, Law or Engineering, ideally with first experience in asset management or finance.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Fluent English and French; another major European language is an advantage.
• Eligibility for the VIE programme must be checked before applying.

Required skills

• Familiarity with asset management products, fund structures or distribution processes is a plus.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and interacting with senior management in a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
