Senior Consultant - Insurance and Digital Insurance

About the role

Sia, a global management consulting group founded in 1999, is looking for a Senior Consultant in Insurance and digital insurance in Luxembourg. You will join a team of 3,000 consultants serving clients worldwide from 48 locations in 19 countries, working on projects covering strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Work on projects related to strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering and operational excellence.
• Contribute to Sia's internal activities: develop and strengthen its offer by interpreting innovation and challenges in insurance and digital insurance, and support business development through need definition and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Master's degree in applied economics, engineering/business engineering or management.
• 2 to 6 years' experience within a consultancy firm.
• Good track record during studies and preferably a first successful and relevant job experience.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector.
• Proficiency in French and English is essential; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Strong interest in data and AI, with the ability to build expertise quickly in these areas.
