Senior Consultant – Digitalisation, Marketing & CX, Operational Excellence, Pricing & Revenue Management

About the role

Sia, a global management consulting group founded in 1999, is looking for bright and dynamic Senior Consultants in Luxembourg. You will work on projects covering strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering and operational excellence, while collaborating with colleagues on Sia's internal activities such as developing its offer and supporting business development.

Key responsibilities

• Work on projects covering strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering and operational excellence
• Contribute to Sia's offer by interpreting innovation and challenges in the assigned sectors
• Support business development through need definition and commercial initiatives

Required profile

• Good track record during education and a first successful, relevant job experience in one of the listed services
• 3 to 6 years' experience within a consultancy firm
• Dutch and English; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted
• No work permit provided for this position

Required skills

• Experience in Digitalisation, Marketing & Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Pricing and Revenue Management or Procurement & Sourcing in retail or services (or equivalent)
• Strong interest in data and AI, with the ability to build expertise quickly
• Analytical mind, autonomous, result-oriented and good communication skills
