Senior Consultant Financial Services - Risk & Regulatory

About the role

Sia, a global management consulting group founded in 1999, is looking for a Senior Consultant to execute transformation projects in Risk & Regulatory for its financial services clients. The consultant works within an organization that makes work more efficient, simple or strategic, such as increasing turnover, reducing costs, improving customer satisfaction or strengthening risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex analyses, identify key issues and create relevant solutions and action plans.
• Manage and implement the relevant methodological concepts and tools at the client's organization.
• Spot and develop commercial opportunities within your expertise together with the team.
• Guide other consultants in delivering their work and facilitate their personal development.
• Share knowledge through internal and external training.

Required profile

• Master's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience as a consultant in the financial services industry, in Risk & Regulatory.
• Knowledge of financial products, trends and processes at a strategic or operational level.
• Ability to process information, spot problems and trends and solve complex problems.
• Team player who can also work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong interest in data and AI, with the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Proficiency in French and English is essential; Luxembourgish is a plus.
