Senior Consultant - Energy, Resources & Industrials

About the role

Sia, a global management consulting group founded in 1999, is looking for a Senior Consultant in Energy, Resources & Industrials. You will join a team of 3,000 consultants serving clients worldwide from 48 locations in 19 countries, working on projects that combine client-facing consulting with business development and internal expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver key project deliverables, take the lead on projects and build strong relationships with middle and top management
• Adapt and implement concepts to meet each client's specific needs and facilitate workshops during seminars
• Coach and support new hires and juniors on an ad hoc basis, and mentor junior consultants quarterly by following up on their objectives and giving feedback
• Contribute to business development and internal expertise, and collaborate actively in sectoral and service working groups
• Work on proposals, take part in commercial meetings, write papers and articles, and lead internal projects
• Bring a strong interest in data and AI, and help clients seize the opportunities these fields offer

Required profile

• Master's degree, or 3-6 years of relevant experience (or a PhD)
• Analytical mind, able to explore options and synthesise them into conclusions
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial
• Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch; fluent German is a great plus
• First successful and relevant job experience after studies
