Senior Consultant - Financial Services

About the role

Sia, a global management consulting group founded in 1999, is looking for a Senior Consultant in Financial Services in Luxembourg. The consultant works on transformation projects for clients, taking up team leadership roles quickly and contributing to knowledge creation and exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping and functional specifications.
• Take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications and seminars within the business units of the industries served.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics or Management.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a consultant, with a good track record during studies and a first successful and relevant job.
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector.
• Proficiency in French and English is essential; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Willingness to take on responsibility quickly and to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France and Belgium).
