Risk Assurance - Internal Audit Associate

About the role

PwC Luxembourg is hiring an Associate in its Risk Assurance - Internal Audit line of service. Internal audit helps organisations identify risks, assess control frameworks and recommend improvements so that processes are strengthened, compliance is ensured and decisions are better informed. You will work in a highly dynamic environment with international teams, under the supervision of Senior Associates and Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform internal audits for clients and help them focus on relevant risks
• Take part in internal control review assignments covering a wide range of business processes for clients in the financial, private and public sectors
• Carry out risk assessments, process and internal control reviews to improve governance and control frameworks
• Develop technical and professional skills progressively while working under supervision

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Controlling/Audit or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English and French; other languages are an asset
• Curious, eager to learn, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and in teams in a dynamic, international environment

Required skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Accounting and financial reporting standards, auditing and corporate governance knowledge
