Private Bank Intern - Service Executive Team

About the role

This is a 6-month internship with the Private Bank's Service Executive Team in Luxembourg, starting on 1 November 2026. It offers personal and professional development in a collaborative, international environment, supporting the development, management and retention of client relationships while helping client advisors strengthen existing ones and find new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships and contribute to ongoing projects
• Work with Relationship Managers to deliver tailored, strategic and innovative solutions and support related client inquiries
• Ensure client interactions comply with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Support the processing of payments and money transfers
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Service Executive Team
• Help prepare client documentation and reports

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Business, Economics or Finance (Bachelor, Master or gap year)
• Strong interest in financial services and Wealth Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment
• Fluent written and spoken English and German; other languages are an advantage
• Willingness to undergo a criminal record check
