Junior Technician

About the role

The Junior Technician will support logistics and supply operations within the NATO Support and Procurement Agency. Working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, the role focuses on data handling, codification, and eBusiness activities while ensuring compliance with NATO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply, codification and data handling tasks.
• Support eBusiness processes and logistics documentation.
• Utilise office automation systems to produce reports and presentations.
• Prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines and deliver results autonomously.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in English, with optional French support.

Required profile

• Complete secondary education or equivalent.
• Relevant professional experience in logistics, preferably as a Senior Clerk or similar.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑pressure environment.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with eBusiness tools and digital workflows.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain codification and data handling.
