Procurement Officer (NATO Support Agency)

About the role

The NATO Support Agency (NSPA) is seeking a Procurement Officer to lead and optimise procurement activities across its operations. You will be responsible for managing contracts, conducting price analysis and guiding a dedicated team of procurement professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with NATO standards.
• Conduct thorough price analysis and market research to ensure value for money.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution and close‑out.
• Supervise and mentor a team of procurement staff, tracking performance metrics and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate deployments to support NATO council operations as required.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive training in procurement methods and price analysis techniques.
• Proven experience in contract operations within a large organisation.
• Strong leadership abilities and capacity to drive team performance.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is desirable.
