About the role

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a Senior Innovation Engineer to shape the future of advanced technology across its delivery stations worldwide. You will bridge emerging AI and robotics solutions with real operational needs, driving safety, productivity, and associate experience improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize advanced‑technology use cases within AMZL delivery stations.
• Own a 3–5‑year integration roadmap aligned with the broader AMZL portfolio.
• Evaluate technology providers, conduct technical due diligence, and benchmark solutions against operational requirements.
• Author white papers and business cases, quantifying ROI, safety gains, and associate experience impact.
• Partner with mechanical, controls, software, and simulation teams to define integration requirements and validate concepts.
• Lead scalability assessments and define path‑to‑scale economics for new technologies.

• Strong background in advanced technology, AI, process engineering, and data‑driven analysis.
