Flight Dispatcher – Business Aviation

About the role

Join Jetfly’s operations hub in Luxembourg as a Flight Dispatcher. You will plan, coordinate and monitor business aviation flights, gaining real‑time decision‑making experience in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare flight plans, conduct crew briefings, and analyse weather and NOTAMs.
• Monitor flight movements, manage ATC slots and update the operational system.
• Perform airport and route feasibility checks to support commercial operations.
• Arrange handling, fuel and supplementary services.
• Collaborate with flight crew, ground handling staff and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with AOC and company procedures.
• Carry out administrative duties for the dispatch department.

Required profile

• Flight Dispatcher Certificate.
• Good knowledge of flight operations in business aviation.
• Familiarity with air‑ops regulations.
• Fluent English; French a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Proactive, team‑oriented and able to handle pressure.
