B2B Logistic & Demand Specialist

About the role

For Ferrero’s headquarters in Luxembourg, we are seeking a B2B Logistic & Demand Specialist to support the Hazelnut Company’s B2B division in demand planning and logistics activities across customers, central divisions and production sites. In this position you will act as the focal point for B2B business unit operations, coordinating with central and local functions to manage stock, demand and capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer demand plans in line with agreed conditions and support data analysis through HCo B2B IT systems.
• Collaborate with the B2B reporting function to harmonise information and ensure accurate demand forecasting.
• Coordinate stock allocation and plant capacity usage with central and local I&S teams to meet B2B customer needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for logistics activities such as sales orders, samples, returns, packaging requirements and delivery tracking.

Required profile

• Educational background in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar logistics or demand planning role.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
