Demand Planner – Travel Market Supply Chain

About the role

In the Travel Market Business Unit, you will translate customer and sales inputs, as well as marketing insights, into a reliable demand view that supports business decisions and supply‑chain efficiency. Reporting to the BU SC Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Supply Planning, Finance and Customer Service.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly forecasts from Key Account Managers, review data, challenge assumptions and prepare a validated demand plan for planning systems.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias and demand variances, turning findings into practical insights for business reviews.
• Link volume and value projections with account, region, customer and product performance to support better decisions.
• Track customer orders and demand signals, identify risks of overstock or stock‑outs, and collaborate with Supply Planning and Customer Service on prioritisation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reports, tools and planning routines.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in demand planning, sales planning, supply‑chain planning or a related analytical role.
• Strong ability to connect numbers to business decisions and work with senior, cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, able to adapt quickly when priorities change or risks arise.
