Technical Officer – Naval Missiles Logistics

About the role

The Technical Officer will support the logistics and life‑cycle management of naval missile systems within a large defence organisation. You will apply Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) concepts, develop secure transportation plans and analyse logistics data to optimise operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage logistics support and life‑cycle activities for complex naval missile systems.
• Apply ILS concepts and Support Chain Management (SCM) procedures for distributed systems.
• Develop transportation plans for the secure shipment of cryptographic items.
• Analyse large data sets and use statistical models to evaluate logistics scenarios.
• Utilise the Agency’s SAP enterprise software for logistics processes.
• Travel frequently and perform duties on‑site as required.

Required profile

• University degree in logistics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum three years of practical experience with ILS concepts and procedures.
• Proven experience in logistics support management of complex defence systems.
• Fluency in English (essential) and working knowledge of French (desirable).
