About the role

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking a Junior Logistician to support its Programme Office. This entry‑level position will involve handling logistics processes for weapon systems and related components within a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with QA policies.
• Maintain and update technical data publications related to logistics operations.
• Support the management of weapon system components and related inventory.
• Utilise SAP for logistics and procurement activities.
• Participate in training programmes and adopt ongoing processes developed by the Programme Office.

Required profile

• Secondary education plus four years of relevant post‑education experience, or equivalent education with appropriate professional experience.
• Willingness to be trained and motivated to learn new processes.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, expatriate setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of QA policy and performance standards.
• Proficiency with technical data publications.
• Understanding of weapon systems and related components.
• Experience using SAP.
