HR Operations Intern

About the role

ING Luxembourg is looking for an HR Operations Intern within its People Services unit, for a minimum of six months starting in July 2026. Only candidates able to provide a valid internship convention with a university will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team's daily activities
• Process and follow up administratively on personnel movements such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, maternity leave, parental leave and special leave
• Manage absences and sick leave
• Keep personnel files and HR management tools up to date
• Handle communications with various administrative bodies
• Contribute to improving HR processes and to HR projects such as improving HR tools and procedures
• Handle administrative tasks such as drafting and handling correspondence, updating the intranet, writing HR notes and corrective declarations, managing leasing vehicle fines, and drafting HR documents such as work certificates and amendments

Required profile

• Master's degree
• A first experience in human resources is considered an asset
• Perfect command of French and good proficiency in English
