About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to drive the full recruitment cycle for both local and international positions, shaping our company’s growth and culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting ads to conducting telephone interviews.
- Coordinate external recruitment agencies, monitor KPIs, and maintain the careers page.
- Plan and attend career fairs, school visits, and build relationships with universities.
Required profile
- Degree or comparable qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Initial professional experience in recruitment and ability to work independently and methodically.
Required skills
- Very good command of German, French and English.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
