Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to drive our talent acquisition efforts across local and international markets. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth and culture by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and strengthening our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for both local and international vacancies.
• Create, publish and maintain job advertisements on various platforms.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and partners, monitoring performance and costs.
• Screen applications, conduct telephone interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Plan and oversee each stage of the candidate selection process.
• Maintain and continuously improve the company’s careers page.
• Define, track and evaluate recruitment‑related KPIs.
• Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events and school visits, building relationships with educational institutions.

Required profile

• A degree or comparable qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in recruitment.
• Ability to work independently, methodically and in an organized manner.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Very good command of German, French and English.
