Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d)

About the role

Integrated in the Human Resources department, you will support the Centers of Excellence and their leaders, ensuring alignment of business and HR strategies across recruitment, performance management, rewards, change management, workforce planning and day‑to‑day HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from need definition to onboarding and integration.
• Execute organizational changes such as transfers, reorganisations, promotions and terminations.
• Conduct performance reviews, retention activities and align compensation with development opportunities.
• Drive talent management initiatives and succession planning meetings.
• Support design and execution of training programmes.
• Act as liaison between business areas and HR to meet internal client needs.
• Handle conflict and employee‑relations issues promptly.
• Lead or contribute to specific projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Monitor compensation development and ensure alignment with performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an engineering environment.
• Dynamic, hands‑on team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and analytical attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, German and French; Luxembourgish is a plus.
