About the role
We are seeking a Founding Business Development Representative to lead our expansion in Denmark for a fast‑growing construction technology platform. This is a hands‑on, outbound sales role where you will build the pipeline from scratch and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to shape market entry.
Key responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting across the Danish construction sector using CRM, LinkedIn, email and phone.
- Identify, engage and qualify decision‑makers to create a robust sales pipeline.
- Book high‑quality meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Provide market feedback and insights to inform product and growth plans.
Required profile
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a BDR, SDR or similar role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead qualification abilities.
- Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑driven.
- Enthusiastic about building a new market and making a visible impact.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for managing prospect data.
- Effective use of LinkedIn, email and phone for outreach.
