Sales Associate – French Market (Permanent)

About the role

OneLife, a Luxembourg‑based life insurance specialist, is looking for a Sales Associate to support its French market. The role will act as the main point of contact for partners and will work closely with Country Managers to grow a portfolio of key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial support to French Country Managers, managing and developing a limited portfolio of key accounts such as Intencial Patrimoine.
• Reactivate and develop relationships with existing independent financial adviser partners, increasing policy activity.
• Conduct direct sales for orphaned client portfolios and for Apicil Group clients referred through Gresham Banque Privée.
• Build strong relationships with partners and clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to portfolio growth and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Country Managers to ensure effective follow‑up, high‑quality service, and alignment with commercial priorities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in the insurance sector.
• Excellent organizational skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken) with strong written and spoken communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to pass and maintain the CAA agent examination or registration.
