Cluster Commercial Director (M/F) – Villa Pétrusse & Hôtel Le Place d'Armes

About the role

Relais & Châteaux is looking for a Cluster Commercial Director to represent two of its properties in Luxembourg, Villa Pétrusse and Hôtel Le Place d'Armes, and to develop their clientele locally and internationally. Reporting to the General Management of the Hotel Company and working closely with the General Managers, the role defines the commercial strategy for both properties and leads a five-person commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accommodation, food & beverage and events business across individual, corporate, group and MICE segments
• Identify new opportunities for private events and exclusive venue hire, and nurture long-term relationships with clients, agencies and key industry partners
• Translate the strategy into clear objectives and concrete actions, and support and develop each team member
• Oversee forecasting and reporting and use the CRM as a key tool for client knowledge and business development
• Work with operational teams to ensure high service delivery and the successful fulfilment of client commitments

Required profile

• Graduate of a hospitality school or a higher education degree in hospitality, business, marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the upscale or luxury hospitality industry, ideally in a commercial or business development role
• Previous commercial experience within a cluster or across multiple properties is a distinct advantage
• Excellent command of French and English, written and spoken
• Strong management skills, leadership abilities and a results-oriented commercial mindset
