Client Services Manager - Investor Services

About the role

The Client Services Manager (CSM) will be the primary contact for SEB's clients regarding depositary and institutional global custody products. The role focuses on the full process chain for UCITS and alternative investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg, ensuring high‑quality service and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct KYC/AML checks and manage contractual and operational onboarding of clients.
• Serve as the escalation point for client inquiries and account opening processes.
• Handle day‑to‑day client queries, prepare reports and board packs, and attend board and client meetings.
• Maintain client tracker logs and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Support depositary and institutional global custody functions.
• Assist in analysis and implementation of new products and processes.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong self‑motivation.
• Committed to improving processes and delivering an excellent client experience.
• Strong understanding of Luxembourg fund structures (SICAV, FCP, RAIF, SCSp, etc.) and the role of a Luxembourg depositary bank.
