About the role
Veolia is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Officer who can attract top talent for its Luxembourg energy team. You will work in a bilingual environment, engaging with candidates in both English and French, and ensure a smooth hiring experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and identify qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
- Conduct engaging interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting to offer.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience and promote Veolia’s employer brand.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple requisitions.
- Fluent in French (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
