Commercial Talent Acquisition Manager – Europe

About the role

Paytm Europe is building a commercial recruitment engine to support rapid expansion across Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands and beyond. The Commercial Talent Acquisition Manager will design, scale and operate the hiring process for field sales teams and create a dedicated Sales Academy.

Key responsibilities

• Design a scalable recruitment process and sustainable sourcing channels to meet fast‑growth hiring needs.
• Identify and attract commercially driven, resilient candidates from colleges, retail, hospitality and telecom sectors.
• Develop practical assessment tools such as role‑plays, sales simulations and resilience tests.
• Create and run the Paytm Sales Academy, covering onboarding, product training, compliance, CRM and objection handling.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, offer acceptance, retention) and continuously improve using data.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting commercial or field‑based sales teams at scale.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and process‑design capabilities.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management skills in a fast‑growth environment.
• Fluency in English and French; German and other languages are a strong plus.
• Commercially minded, energetic, resilient and highly organised.
