Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and French to join our manufacturing client’s team in Capellen. The position starts as a temporary assignment with the potential to become permanent, offering the chance to work closely with internal and external customers on order management and support.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage order changes using the SAP ECC6 system.
• Communicate order updates, delays, and changes to customers and relevant internal departments.
• Prepare pro‑forma invoices, follow up on payments (L/C, draft, cash before shipment) and handle invoicing corrections.
• Generate daily control reports and obtain approvals for samples, rush shipments, and non‑standard lead times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status and provide follow‑up support.
• Coordinate documentation and certificates, and support the sales team with meeting preparation and open‑order tracking.
• Participate in regular customer service meetings and produce required reports.
