Air Operations Specialist

About the role

The Air Operations Specialist will support fuel logistics and airfield services for the NATO Support and Procurement Agency. You will work in a multicultural environment, ensuring safe and efficient fuel distribution while collaborating with a multi‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fuel logistics and distribution in compliance with GHS standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day airfield services operations and maintenance.
• Utilise SAP to track inventory, orders and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Operate standard office automation equipment and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Complete technical secondary school or equivalent education.
• 7‑10 years of experience in fuel logistics or airfield services, preferably within the Agency or a similar organisation.
• Strong knowledge of fuel distribution, GHS regulations and SAP.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑functional team.
