Talent Acquisition Advisor – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

Join PwC Luxembourg’s Human Capital team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract, assess, and secure top talent that drives the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary recruitment partner for assigned stakeholder groups, providing market insights and hiring guidance.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and talent trends.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from role definition and candidate attraction to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and deliver objective hiring recommendations.
• Maintain positive candidate relationships to ensure a professional and engaging experience.
• Support employer branding through recruitment events, networking activities, and internal capability building.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in professional services, corporate, or agency environments.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
