Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage daily logistics activities, ensuring shipments are executed on time, cost‑effectively and with accurate documentation. You will act as a key liaison between the warehouse, suppliers and customers to guarantee smooth international transport.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse and other teams to provide economical and timely shipments.
• Prepare invoices, customs documents, manifests, bills of lading and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate direct shipments from suppliers to customers, ensuring all paperwork is complete.
• Review customer invoices for accuracy before shipment.
• Communicate with customers to obtain approval of shipping documents.
• Audit freight bills for correct customer and warranty charges and authorize payment.
• Handle documentation for hazardous material shipments and stay current with international shipping regulations.
• Suggest and implement new policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Support and develop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) programs with freight carriers.
• Create new logistics forms and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Education in technical sales, logistics or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service, customs, traffic department or international transport.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Solid technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
