Analyst – Transformation Programs (EU Long Term Planning)

About the role

As an Analyst in the Long Term Planning – Transformation Programs team, you will drive key initiatives that reduce cost‑to‑serve, accelerate delivery speed, and enhance the customer experience across Amazon’s European operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, launch, and manage transformational programs such as Consolidation, Regionalization, Defects, Customer Incentives, and more.
• Analyze end‑to‑end supply‑chain data to uncover inefficiencies and quantify trade‑offs between cost, speed, growth, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Stores, FBA, Tech, Finance, and Retail teams to design, pilot, test, and roll out solutions.
• Facilitate cross‑functional decision‑making by breaking down silos and presenting data‑driven insights.
• Balance analytical work (≈75%) with project‑management activities (≈25%).
