Senior Consultant - Supply Chain expert

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end‑to‑end supply chain transformation projects for our clients. You will combine analytical depth with business acumen to redesign processes, improve performance and build resilient, future‑proof supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle supply chain transformation from diagnosis to implementation, delivering measurable results.
• Identify inefficiencies and unlock performance levers to improve cost, service levels and operational agility.
• Design best‑in‑class strategies for demand and production planning, inventory optimization, and logistics excellence.
• Leverage ERP, BI and automation tools to accelerate data‑driven decision‑making.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, translating complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Coach junior consultants and support client teams to ensure sustainable impact.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in consulting or supply chain roles with a proven record of cost optimization and operational improvements.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field; APICS or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic mindset with strong stakeholder management and a passion for continuous improvement.
