Travel & Digital Transformation Intern

About the role

Join Jetfly’s Travel department as a Travel & Digital Transformation Intern and gain hands‑on experience in corporate travel, aviation logistics, and process optimisation. You will support day‑to‑day travel operations for executives, crew, and sales teams while contributing to digital initiatives that streamline booking and expense workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with end‑to‑end travel arrangements, including complex group bookings for executives, crew, and corporate events.
• Maintain relationships with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, ground transport) and help prepare documentation for contract reviews.
• Track and manage crew and passenger visa requirements, updating a central immigration database.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose digital solutions to improve request submission, booking, and expense reconciliation.
• Support the creation and maintenance of uniform travel workflows and essential travel amenities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with pilots, executives, and global vendors.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort with data and project‑management tools.
