Head of Supply Chain

About the role

Lead the Supply Chain department at CERATIZIT's Luxembourg site, overseeing production planning, sourcing, logistics and cross‑site coordination. Drive on‑time delivery and operational performance in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Production Planning, Supply Chain Processes, Sourcing & Supply, and Internal/External Logistics.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of customer orders and maintain stock availability.
• Drive performance through Group Supply Chain KPIs such as service level, inventory levels and depreciation.
• Implement process improvements to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, other Division sites, and the Group Logistics team in Kempten.
• Coordinate and align Supply Chain processes with HMS Division sites in Como and Lyon.

Required profile

• Ability to manage and coordinate a broad scope of activities.
• Experience or strong interest in Supply Chain Management.
• Perform well under pressure with strong communication skills.
• Enjoy teamwork while being able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.
