About the role

The Human Resources & Payroll Associate will support the HR department by managing the full employee lifecycle, from pre‑boarding through off‑boarding, ensuring accurate payroll and benefits administration.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and maintain new hire documentation in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate new hire orientation sessions with department heads.
  • Oversee workspace setup by liaising with IT, Facilities, and other relevant teams.
  • Maintain the new hire checklist and ensure onboarding milestones are met on time.
  • Manage pre‑boarding activities, including background checks, offer letter tracking, and system access initiation.
  • Administer benefits enrollment, act as primary point of contact, and manage day‑to‑day benefits operations.
  • Validate time sheets, attendance records, and overtime submissions before each payroll cycle.
  • Uphold payroll data integrity and confidentiality across all compensation records.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly termination/new hire and payroll reports.
  • Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Finance.
  • Coordinate deactivation of system accounts and access upon employee separation.
  • Schedule exit interviews, collect company property, and prepare off‑boarding documentation.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and manage reference/employment verification records post‑departure.

Required profile

  • Committed, structured, and results‑oriented professional.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR, payroll, or people operations.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and legal compliance.

Required skills

  • Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, and Silae.
