Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist (Luxembourg)

About the role

Join Ferrero’s headquarters in Luxembourg as a Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist. You will connect talented individuals with meaningful positions while shaping Ferrero’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for HQ positions, from brief to offer.
• Publish vacancies, screen applications and guide candidates through interviews and assessments.
• Maintain clear communication and provide timely feedback to candidates, hiring managers and People Business Partners.
• Ensure a transparent, consistent selection process aligned with Group standards while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Develop and execute local employer‑branding initiatives, including university partnerships, job fairs and social‑media content calendars.
• Track recruitment and employer‑branding KPIs, analyse data and share insights to improve decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Communication or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding or as a People Business Partner.
• Proven ability to manage the full hiring cycle and deliver clear outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to build professional networks across the organization.
• A data‑driven mindset with experience collecting, analysing and presenting KPI reports.
