About the role
Hydrosat is looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Admin & Office Coordinator to support daily HR and office operations across its Luxembourg and Netherlands locations. You will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and Operations team to ensure smooth administrative processes and a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day reception, office inventory and related administrative items.
- Support general office operations for Luxembourg & Netherlands offices, including stocking, vendor management, facilities coordination and related matters.
- Assist CCO requests directly or in coordination with the Senior Operations & HR Manager.
- Support employee‑relations processes and personnel requests incoming to the Operations team.
- Help coordinate and implement staff and organisational development initiatives.
- Contribute to office projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative office role or similar.
- Supplies and vendor‑management experience.
- Exposure to HR matters is an asset.
- Prior experience in a fast‑paced international environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Outlook proficiency.
- Comfort working with office data, reporting and dashboards.
