About the role
The European Investment Bank is seeking HR Service Partners to support its Human Resources Business Partnering activities at the Luxembourg headquarters. This full‑time, temporary position provides operational and administrative assistance to ensure high‑quality HR services for managers and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Support performance and talent review cycles, staff transfers, contract extensions, and reorganisations.
- Maintain and verify HR data in PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Produce and analyse HR reports for directorates, offering feedback and recommendations.
- Execute ad‑hoc HR operational tasks in alignment with assigned HR Business Partners.
- Identify and propose improvements to processes, tools and working methods.
Required profile
- Flexibility, autonomy and strong prioritisation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion in dealing with confidential HR matters.
