About the role
Hydrosat is looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Admin & Office Coordinator to support daily HR and office operations across its Luxembourg and Netherlands locations. You will work closely with the Senior HR Manager and Operations team to ensure smooth administrative processes and a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day reception, office inventory and related administrative tasks.
- Support general office operations for Luxembourg & Netherlands offices, including stocking, vendor management and facilities coordination.
- Assist CCO requests directly or in coordination with the Senior Operations & HR Manager.
- Handle employee relations processes and personnel requests routed to the Operations team.
- Coordinate and implement staff and organisational development initiatives.
- Contribute to office projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative office role or similar.
- Experience in supplies and vendor management.
- Exposure to HR matters is an asset.
- Prior experience in a fast‑paced international environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English and French.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong skills in Excel.
- Experience with Outlook.
