HR Intern – Onboarding, Communication & Recruitment

About the role

Join the Human Resources team in Luxembourg as an HR Intern, supporting the full employee life‑cycle from recruitment to onboarding and learning. This 12‑month, part‑time internship is aligned with your Master’s program and offers hands‑on experience in a diverse, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new hires, prepare welcome packages, deliver presentations and conduct office tours.
• Create the monthly internal HR newsletter using tools such as Canva and Vuture.
• Support recruitment activities: post job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews and maintain the candidate database.
• Help organise internal and external HR events, including recruitment roadshows and campus visits.
• Take ownership of HR projects, contributing to planning, execution and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (1st or 2nd year) or equivalent work‑study.
• Looking for a 12‑month internship covered by a university/business school agreement.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
