Enterprise Architect (Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to define and drive our target enterprise architecture and overall IT landscape. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape transformation roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide digital modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target enterprise architecture at an organizational level.
• Develop and keep up‑to‑date the capability map linking business capabilities to applications.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
• Create transformation roadmaps and support strategic decisions at the CIO level.
• Lead modernization and digital transformation projects, including AI and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, NIS2, data classification, and business continuity requirements.
• Chair the Architecture Review Board, conduct reviews, arbitrate make‑or‑buy decisions, and align solutions with roadmaps.
• Maintain the application portfolio and architecture repositories such as ARIS and ServiceNow.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Proven track record defining target architectures, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
