Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple squads, ensuring technical architecture, Kanban flow and production deployment are executed smoothly. The role is hybrid, based in Luxembourg, and requires close collaboration with product, technical and QA leads.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for end‑to‑end delivery across squad workstreams and applications, from architecture to production deployment.
• Manage cross‑application dependencies, monitor progress, highlight risks, define mitigation strategies and prepare status and management reports.
• Coach the team, drive continuous improvement and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and QA Lead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, WIP management and cross‑squad dependency handling.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business‑level status and risk communication.
• Proven delivery accountability with ownership of outcomes.
• Experience in full software delivery lifecycle within large enterprise or banking environments.
• Hands‑on software engineering background, preferably Java development.
• Solid expertise in software quality management and test automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, synthesis ability and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
