DevSecOps Engineer – Cloud & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to centralise the technical delivery of solutions across UAT and production environments for all DBT domains. The role focuses on automating infrastructure, platform and application deployments in a secure, auditable and run‑ready manner while collaborating with Platform Engineering, Domain Leads and Digital End‑User Services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate UAT and production releases across DBT domains with domain and technical leads.
• Execute infrastructure provisioning and deployments using CI/CD and IaC processes on cloud and on‑premises.
• Manage artefact promotion, versioning, release traceability and capture deployment evidence.
• Validate security, quality, compliance and governance standards before go‑live.
• Produce and maintain release documentation, runbooks, deployment records and CMDB updates.
• Configure monitoring, logging, dashboards and alerting for operational readiness.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of deployment and release processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in technical delivery, DevOps, cloud or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell or Bash) and Linux/Windows administration.

Required skills

• Azure cloud platform (basic knowledge).
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
• CI/CD concepts and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Configuration management tools (Ansible or equivalent).
