Accountant

About the role

Tadaweb is seeking an Accountant to manage day‑to‑day financial operations for its Luxembourg headquarters and international subsidiaries. You will support the company’s rapid growth by ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and efficient accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accounting duties for Luxembourg and subsidiaries in France, the UK and the USA, coordinating with external fiduciaries.
• Prepare monthly closings and ensure consistency for group consolidation.
• Manage daily accounting transactions including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
• Maintain accurate records, reconciliations and archival files.
• Prepare and review statutory annual accounts in line with local GAAPs.
• Support audits of group entities and handle intercompany balances, eliminations and consolidations.
• Review weekly/monthly bank reconciliations and cash management.
• Oversee VAT and corporate income tax declarations and assist in ad‑hoc projects such as expense‑tool improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or audit experience, preferably in a Big‑4 or commercial environment.
• Proven experience owning accounting duties and coordinating closing procedures.
• Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Detail‑oriented with high analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
