Project Manager – Corporate Trust Transformation

About the role

Our client is modernizing by decommissioning the Olympic tool. The Project Manager will lead Corporate Trust's transition to new solutions, ensuring no service interruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Corporate Trust and project managers, organizing steering committees, tracking decisions and managing risks.
• Monitor project progress, identify slippages and ensure timely delivery of migration or redesign activities.
• Lead workshops to analyse current module usage, produce As‑Is analyses and define new processes and functional specifications.
• Review and update operational documentation, collaborate on data mapping for regulatory compliance and prepare cut‑over and UAT plans.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in banking operations or Corporate Trust.
• Strong organisational skills for handling complex workflows and risk registers.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders and an analytical mindset to translate business needs into actionable outcomes.
• Experience in transformation or decommissioning projects involving legacy tools.
