VP Corporate Secretarial & Client Services

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President to lead the Corporate Secretarial and Client Services function for an established global fund and corporate services platform. The role oversees a multi‑location team, owns client relationships, shapes service delivery and drives commercial growth across alternative investment mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a team of qualified CoSec professionals across multiple locations, including outsourced resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, owning service delivery, SLA negotiation and overall relationship management.
• Drive corporate and fund‑level strategy across alternative investment mandates.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on local corporate and legal matters, monitoring regulatory change and providing advice.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and contribute to commercial growth of the portfolio.
• Partner with Operations to improve processes, reduce operational risk and increase efficiency.
• Set team goals, monitor KPIs, lead recruitment and manage performance.

Required profile

• 10+ years in Corporate Secretarial, with at least 5 years in a managerial role at an international firm.
• Deep expertise in statutory and regulatory requirements within alternative asset management, including SPVs and funds.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable at board level and with senior external counterparts.
• Fluent English; French or German is a strong plus.
