Project Manager – Custody & Change Management

About the role

We are seeking a proficient Project Manager to join our client project and change team. The role focuses on assisting the team in defining and orchestrating upcoming changes across Front, Middle and Back operations, including areas such as NAV and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in defining and orchestrating changes across Front, Middle and Back operations (e.g., NAV, reporting).
• Structure, prepare and organize projects, handling communication, monitoring, measurement, reporting and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to define the target model and identify prerequisites and constraints.
• Prepare and oversee change rollouts until handover to Business‑As‑Usual (BAU) and formal project closure.

Required profile

• Proven background in project management.
• Extensive knowledge of asset management.
• Strong expertise in back‑office functions such as fund accounting, transfer agent, custody, depobank and fund dealing services.
